Tell me which partition shows all your files when double clicked. Run Partition Recovery Wizard, full scan and take screenshot of the Partitions Found window that appears at the end of the full scan. Let us see whether we succeed or not as we chug along. Data recovery rather than disk/partition recovery may be the only option. With such a messup and unclear understanding ability on my part, I don't think I will be able to do a "reverse engineering" and bring it back to the original condition. ( I also noticed that the volume was logical and wodering why a logical partition in a 1TB MBR disk.) You seem to have messed up a lot with the drive. Sorry, I have difficulty in understanding your writeup.
